Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution such as a replacement, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused after delivery

Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

In cases where a refund is approved by Mseoul Studio due to exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
